Data Environments provides Project Management for Design and Project Outline development for approval by the Client, Budget development and review at several key checkpoints in the process, Budget vs. Actual reporting during construction, Schedule review and exposure evaluation for on time completion of the project, construction on site inspections to assume the highest standards of workmanship including progress reporting and photo documentation, Commissioning coordination and/or Commissioning Lead as requested by the Client, and review and completion of the Turnover documentation to the Client.
