Data Environments provides several milestones and different monitoring tools during the project to look for the small “Gotya’s” to ensure the project moves at a crisp pace for a successful completion, on budget and on schedule. We understand the dynamic nature of the Data Center business and can adjust the Project Management to achieve changes in direction of the project with the least impact possible.

Data Environments provides regular meeting minutes, regular budget updates, schedule updates and photo updates to the client to track the progress for an on time/on budget delivery of the project. We recognize not all on any team have the same technology software and we use the most recent commercial tools to provide information to all on the team during the project. We encourage the central location of drawings, submittals, RFI’s, and Cx documents for team review.

Data Environments provides a continuity to support client/tenant move in at the best advantage for both the client and the tenant. We work with the equipment vendors to provide the BKM for equipment installation within the Data Center.
