Mr. Davis is the Principal of Data Environments with experience in design management and project management for clean rooms, data centers, high density Data Centers, multi-provider network installations, and startup, commissioning and testing of data center and network systems. With experience in Data Center operations, power management and trouble shooting, reliability certifications, business continuity training and implementation and global infrastructure management.

Prior to founding Data Environments, Mr. Davis was a Partner with Data Space Advisors, Inc. in San Francisco, Ca. Mr. Davis served as the senior Technical Electrical and Mechanical advisor for Data Centers for several Fortune 500 Companies across the US. While part of Data Space Advisors, Mr. Davis was responsible for Data Center evaluations, infrastructure operations reviews, trouble shooting, design and program management for the data center expansions and construction, Commissioning review and Commissioning documents for Data Centers, Financial review for project billings and CO’s, Project close out review and approval for the clients.

Prior to joining Data Space Advisors, Inc., Mr. Davis was a senior Design/Project manager for Intel Corporation, where he was Design, Project Manager, and Electrical Work Group Lead for Intel Corporation High Density Data Centers. Mr. Davis’ career spanned 18 years of design and project management in domestic and more than 20 international sites. While part of Intel Online Services, Mr. Davis was responsible for site selection evaluations, global infrastructure operations, global trouble shooting, design and program management for the global data center expansions. Mr. Davis was responsible for reliability studies of several sites to prove the effectiveness of the designs and operations of the medium density data centers, responsible for more than $300M of data center development in 4 years with Intel Online Services, with 4 medium density data centers constructed in the fast-track mode. He was also responsible to US Asset Management and was the Asset Manager for Santa Clara site. Mr. Davis has managed more than $200M in Class 1 clean room builds and expansions in operational clean rooms. Mr. Davis has been recognized for his achievements by being nominated twice for the Intel Achievement Award and many customer recognition awards.

Prior to joining Intel, Mr. Davis was a senior Design/Project manager for Advanced Micro Devices specializing in clean room modifications in operational facilities. Mr. Davis managed more than $100M in modifications and re-builds/relocations of semiconductor facilities and equipment.

Before AMD, Mr. Davis was facility manager and Chief of Security for National Advanced Systems and a partner is the family owned and operated Davis Construction
Company, specializing in high rise tenant improvements for data/network installations.

Mr. Davis brings more than 30 years experience in Design/Project Management in data center environments, network installations, data center operations, and high density data center electrical systems to his clients. He continues to be a major contributor as data centers move from medium density( 90 to 150 watts per Sqft) to high density( 200 to 500 watts per Sqft), high speed networks installations, high physical security installations, integrated Instrumentation & Controls Systems, integrated Fire-Life-Safety systems and up-to-date Mission Critical Command/Control centers are required. Mr. Davis is focused for on budget, on time, installations to meet and exceed the customer requirements, while providing options for phased installations, expansions to extend the useful like of a client facility, and upgrades to provide for the advanced technology of high density operations.
