Data Environments provides a Turn Over/ Close Out list for the project to be approved by the client and the construction team during the project. We work with the construction General Contractor, Sub Contractors, Vendors, and Suppliers to gather a complete set of the construction documents, including warranty cards, closed permits, all tests documents( also included in the Commissioning documents), a complete set of the specifications and “As Built” drawings, and the approved Sequence of Operations for Electrcial, Mechanical, BMS, Security, Power Monitoring, Fire Protection, Leak Detection, EPO, and other systems in the design. The Training Matrix for the on site client Operations staff and a signed off punch list are included.

Several copies can be provided to the Client along with a soft copy of all the record files. This process is started at the beginning of the project to be sure the documents are captured in the process. Data Environments reviews all documents for completion and to be sure all are closed.
